These terms govern your use of this website and of the software published by RAPHAEL BORGES DE ANDRADE DAYAN CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, trading as DayanTech ("DayanTech", "we", "us"). By using our website or any of our products, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are using a product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You keep all rights to the content you create in our products. You grant us only the limited licence we need to host, back up, sync and display that content back to you — nothing more. We do not use your content to advertise to you or to train third-party AI models.
If you choose to use our software, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to our Privacy Policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the software. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in that Privacy Policy.
Do not use our products to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to upload malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data, to scrape at a scale that degrades the service for others, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why.
Some products are free; others are sold as a subscription. Subscriptions bought inside an iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically until you cancel them in your platform account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices are shown before you buy, including any applicable taxes. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; for purchases made directly from us, contact hello@dayantech.com.br.
We improve and change our products continuously, and we may add, alter or retire features. If we discontinue a paid product, we will give reasonable notice, let you export your data, and refund any unused prepaid period.
The software, design, trademarks and content of this website belong to DayanTech or to our licensors. Using a product does not transfer any of those rights to you. Third-party components are used under their own licences.
We build our products carefully and operate them in good faith, but they are provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
You may stop using our products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, liability, and governing law — do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.
