Data deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from the apps published by RAPHAEL BORGES DE ANDRADE DAYAN CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, trading as DayanTech, CNPJ (tax ID) 64.325.876/0001-90 ("DayanTech", "we", "us"). It covers Runaway Paws, Cerne, Arrow Pets and Zen Trail. For any of them, you can always write to hello@dayantech.com.br, tell us which app the request is about, and we will handle it. There is no charge.

Runaway Paws

Runaway Paws (iPhone and Android) does not create an account with DayanTech. Its data lives in three places, and each one is deleted in its own way.

On your device

In the game, open Settings → Reset progress. It erases the progress saved on the device (coins, items and best score) and replaces the copy saved in your cloud with the empty one. Uninstalling the game removes whatever else it stored on the device.

In your cloud

Saved progress is kept in your own cloud account, not on our servers, so it is deleted there:

• iPhone — Reset progress, inside the game, already replaces the iCloud copy with the empty one. To stop the game from using iCloud, open Settings → your name → iCloud and turn off Runaway Paws in the list of apps using iCloud.
• Android — open the Google Play Games app, then Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, and delete the data of Runaway Paws in the list of individual games.

With DayanTech

We hold usage metrics, error reports and purchase history, in the tools named in our Privacy Policy (PostHog, Sentry and RevenueCat). They are linked to a player identifier, never to your email, Apple ID or Google account. To have them deleted, write to hello@dayantech.com.br with the player identifier shown in the game profile (under Settings). We delete the data within 15 days, the deadline the Brazilian LGPD sets, and confirm by email.

What is kept

• Billing and tax records of purchases — kept for as long as Brazilian tax law requires, currently five years.
• Advertising data — held by Google (AdMob) under its own retention policy, not by us. You can reset or turn off the advertising identifier at any time in your device settings: on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, Settings → Google → Ads.

Cerne

If you have an account in Cerne, open Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. The account is disabled immediately and everything associated with it is erased within 30 days. If you cannot reach that screen, write to hello@dayantech.com.br from the address on the account, say the request is about Cerne, and we will do it for you. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as Brazilian tax law requires, currently five years.

Arrow Pets

If you signed in to Arrow Pets with Google or Apple, open Settings → Account → Delete account in the game. The account and the progress saved in the cloud are deleted right away, with no grace period.

If you cannot reach that screen, or want the rest of your Arrow Pets data deleted, write to hello@dayantech.com.br and say the request is about Arrow Pets. We may ask for what we need to locate your data and to confirm the request is yours. We delete what we hold within 15 days and confirm by email. What is kept is the same as described for Runaway Paws above: billing and tax records, and the advertising data held by Google.

Zen Trail

To have your Zen Trail data deleted, write to hello@dayantech.com.br and say the request is about Zen Trail. We may ask for what we need to locate your data and to confirm the request is yours. We delete what we hold within 15 days and confirm by email. What is kept is the same as described for Runaway Paws above: billing and tax records, and the advertising data held by Google.
